The ONH parameter, BMO-MRA, showed a faster decrease than RNFLT and VFI in early glaucoma. BMO-MRA may help detect early glaucomatous damage and its progression.

The newly generated VF cluster map corresponding to BMO-MRA sectors showed a significant structure-function relationship and could be useful in the diagnosis and evaluation of glaucoma.
