Anterior segment approach for the surgical management of aqueous misdirection syndrome.

Irrigation is delivered to the anterior chamber, the vitrector is placed in the vitreous cavity, and vitrectomy is performed. With this technique, aqueous misdirection can be resolved and adequate IOP control achieved.
