Influence of Anterior Biometry on Corneal Biomechanical Stiffness of Glaucomatous Eyes Treated With Chronic Medication or Filtration Surgery.
Medication or filtration surgery did not affect the corneal biomechanical parameters differentially from nonglaucoma eyes. However, IOP, CCT, and ACD strongly affected corneal biomechanical parameters in the same glaucoma eyes.
Elevated Neurodegeneration Markers in the Aqueous Humor of Primary Open Angle and Normal Tension Glaucoma Patients Correlate With Disease Severity.
Increased intraocular levels of neurodegeneration markers and their association with clinical parameters in patients with POAG and/or NTG indicate their potential as biomarkers or therapeutic targets in the management of glaucoma.
Diagnostic Efficacy of Normalization of Corneal Deformation Variables by the Intraocular Pressure in Glaucomatous Eyes.
Presence of glaucoma may be indicated better by ratio variables than by CH, CRF, or DA alone.
