Peripapillary Microvascular Improvement and Lamina Cribrosa Depth Reduction After Trabeculectomy in Primary Open-Angle Glaucoma.

Trabeculectomy can improve peripapillary retinal microcirculation in patients with POAG. This finding suggests that the reduction of LCD induced by lowering IOP may affect peripapillary microvascular improvement in eyes with POAG.

Risk Factors Associated With Glaucomatous Progression in Pseudoexfoliation Patients.

Factors associated with progression differed between PXG and POAG groups. Higher baseline IOP and requirement for a greater number of glaucoma medications were related with PXG progression.

Intraocular Pressure According to Eye Gaze by iCare Rebound Tonometry in Normal Participants and Glaucoma Patients.

IOP was significantly elevated in adduction, abduction, and supraduction than in the primary position in both the normal and glaucoma groups. However, there was no significant difference of IOP changes between glaucoma and normal groups.

Relationship Between Nocturnal Intraocular Pressure Elevation and Diurnal Intraocular Pressure Level in Normal-Tension Glaucoma Patients.

In NTG eyes with a low diurnal IOP, there are significant IOP increases at nighttime in the habitual position, whereas there is no significant nocturnal IOP elevation in NTG eyes with a high diurnal IOP.
