Increased risk of pigmentary degeneration of the iris and pigmentary glaucoma with fluoroquinolone antibiotics.

The study findings suggest that patients using topical moxifloxacin may have increased risk of developing pigmentary degeneration of the iris and pigmentary glaucoma although the absolute increase was low.
