Outcomes of lensectomy and risk factors for failure in spherophakic eyes with secondary glaucoma.

Lensectomy was effective in controlling IOP in close to half of all eyes with spherophakia and secondary glaucoma, 40% eyes needed AGM and only 7.7% eyes needed glaucoma surgery for IOP control.

Outcomes of Bleb Repair for Delayed Bleb Leaks and Sweating Blebs.

Higher complication rate before bleb repair in eyes with sweating bleb warrants early bleb repair. Bleb repair helped retain bleb function in majority of the eyes with sweating blebs, strengthening our recommendation.

A Simplified (Screening) Approach to Check the Calibration Status of the Goldmann Applanation Tonometer.

The screening criteria of calibration error within ±1 mm Hg at the 0 mm Hg testing level seem to be clinically useful to detect GAT with an acceptable calibration error as per the APGS guideline.
